Biography

Gabriela Martorell obtained her Ph.D. in Psychology at University of California, Santa Barbara, with an emphasis in Human Development. She has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in developmental psychology, human development, cultural issues in psychology, evolutionary psychology, and developmental psychopathology.

Her research interests include attachment theory, cortisol and stress, positive affect, and high-risk populations.
