Biography

Dr. Sinclair received his BA in Psychology from the University of Maine at Farmington in 1990 and his MA and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University in 1993 and 1995, respectively. He currently is an Associate Professor of Psychology and serves as the Associate Director of the Portland State University Occupational Health Psychology Program. His research interests concern Organizational Psychology with a particular focus on Occuaptional Health Psychology. Dr. Sinclair currently serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Organizational Behavior and the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology and is the President-Elect (2008-2010 term) for the Society for Occupational Health Psychology .
