Biography

Dr. Wang received his B.S. in 2001 from Peking University at China and his M.S. in 2003 from Bowling Green State University. In 2005, he completed a joint Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Developmental Psychology, also from Bowling Green State University.

His research interests include four broad areas of investigation: (a) expatriate management and global/cross-cultural HR practice; (b) application of advanced quantitative methodology; (c) older worker employment and retirement; and (d) social cognition and aging. His research in some of these areas also ties to the research field of Occupational Health Psychology, such as safety and health concerns for older workers.
